Why I Loved Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty – A Quick Reflection

Image
I recently played Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, and I have to say—it’s one of the best Souls-like games I’ve experienced in a while. What really stood out to me was the deflect system. It made combat feel intense and rewarding. The game is challenging, yes, but it’s also fair and possible. Every tough fight felt earned, and every victory felt satisfying. What makes Wo Long truly unique among Souls-style games is how fun and fluid the combat system is. While other games in the genre sometimes exaggerate difficulty to the point of frustration, Wo Long strikes a perfect balance. The challenge never felt dull—it felt alive. If you’re a fan of tough but fair action games, I highly recommend checking it out. I’ve uploaded my boss fights and key moments from my playthrough on YouTube. I invite you to come along for the journey—watch, enjoy, and maybe even pick up a few tips along the way!

Upcoming Games on My Playlist

As a passionate gamer, I'm always on the hunt for experiences that challenge, inspire, and immerse me in new worlds. Here are some of the games I’m planning to dive into soon, each offering a unique take on storytelling, gameplay, and atmosphere. Wolfenstein Series In the Wolfenstein games, the concept of resistance against overwhelming power is both thrilling and inspiring. Set in a world where one regime controls all, the games provide an engaging mix of action and exploration. The idea of discovering the bravery, sacrifices, and stories of a resistance movement resonates deeply with me. I’m excited to explore the world where rebellion thrives against all odds. Mafia Trilogy The Mafia Trilogy has always stood out for its ability to humanize characters in a world of crime. These games delve into the lives of those navigating loyalty, betrayal, and ambition within the criminal underworld. I’m eager to experience the compelling stories and rich settings that bring these morally ...

Joel's Death in The Last of Us Part II: A Controversial Choice That Missed the Mark

Image
When The Last of Us Part II was announced, fans eagerly awaited the continuation of Joel and Ellie’s story—a bond that became iconic in gaming. However, the shocking decision to kill Joel early in the game sparked widespread debate. For me, Joel’s death was not only a narrative misstep but also a missed opportunity that weakened the franchise's emotional core. Joel wasn’t just a character; he was a cornerstone of The Last of Us . Charismatic, deeply flawed yet profoundly human, Joel represented the complexities of survival and love in a broken world. Naughty Dog’s choice to remove such a pivotal character felt like a gift to competitors, leaving a void no other game company would dare to create. Killing Joel wasn’t just shocking; it undermined the rich potential of his character and the unique dynamic he shared with Ellie. What frustrates me most is how the game seemingly tried to justify Joel’s death. Abby, alongside her WLF allies—former Fireflies—claims Joel "deserved...

Horizon Forbidden West Why It's my best game I've Played in this year

Image
Horizon Forbidden West stands out as my favorite game this year for many reasons. The story is incredibly captivating, especially with how it explores Aloy’s human side. She proudly embraces the legacy of Elizabeth Sobeck, almost as a daughter following in her mother’s footsteps. Her journey of meeting her sister and the care they show for each other adds deep emotional layers to the plot. The game's graphics are breathtaking, creating a visually stunning world that pulls you in at every moment. Plus, the sheer amount of side stories makes the world feel rich and alive. Aloy herself is such a well-crafted character that you can’t help but love her, making the game even more engaging. From the gripping narrative to the beauty of the landscapes, Horizon Forbidden West offers a complete, immersive experience that truly shines. ---Fr Horizon Forbidden West est, sans aucun doute, mon jeu préféré de cette année. L’histoire est incroyablement belle, surtout dans la manière dont elle dévo...

Why I Finally Decided to Download Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Image
As a huge fan of the Batman Arkham series, I’ve been eagerly waiting to see how Rocksteady would handle their next big title, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League . But I’ll admit, when I first heard about Batman’s fate in the game, I was disappointed. After all, Rocksteady and DC created an iconic and legendary Batman with the Arkham series, and seeing the character being humiliated and written off in such a way felt like a disservice to his legacy. I couldn’t bring myself to support the game at first because of that. However, things took an interesting turn when the developers, after facing strong pushback from the fans and seeing sales drop, decided to address the concerns. They introduced a new twist: it turns out the Batman we saw wasn’t really him, but a clone created by Brainiac, and the real Batman is being held hostage. This revelation breathed new life into the game for me. The idea of Batman being brought back to life, along with the involvement of the Justice League, chan...

The Heartfelt Moment with Chloe and the Elephant in Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Image
One of the most moving scenes in Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is when Chloe Frazer helps an elephant reunite with its family. In the midst of the action-packed adventure, this particular moment offers something unexpected—an emotional connection to nature. The beauty of the forest, with its vibrant greenery and cascading waterfalls, becomes more than just a backdrop. It breathes life into the experience, reminding us of the delicate balance of life around us. Chloe’s gentle guidance of the elephant through the forest is more than just a gameplay sequence; it feels like a tribute to survival, resilience, and hope. The sheer weight of helping a creature in need resonates deeply, showing us that even in the face of danger, there’s room for compassion and care. This moment in the game isn’t just about adrenaline—it’s about appreciating the natural world and recognizing the importance of taking care of the creatures that inhabit it. This scene stands out to me not only because of its stunning...
